Day 1 Arrive at Auckland International Airport and transfer to accommodation.

DAY 2 Pick up from the accommodation at 9:00 am.
This morning we travel to Kelly Tarlton's Sealife Aquarium which showcases over 30 live animal exhibits in spectacular habitat displays, including the world's largest Antarctic Penguin Colony Exhibit, Shark Tunnel, Seahorse Kingdom and much more. After lunch (own expense) we will do an Auckland City Tour including Sky Tower, Auckland Harbour Bridge, Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Domain with the Winter Gardens, Mt. Eden and One Tree Hill. Transfer to accommodation

DAY 3 Pick up from the accommodation at 8:00 am.
We will leave Auckland and head into the Mighty Waikato province as you will see a lot of farm land plus the biggest river in New Zealand the Waikato River. As we make our way to the Waitomo Caves to see the world's famous Glowworm Cave. The glowworm is unique to New Zealand and you will see thousands of these tiny creatures radiate their unmistakeable luminescent light as your expert guide provide informative commentary on the caves historical and geological significance. At the tour we will have lunch (own expense) and travel to Rotorua. Once you have checked into accommodation we will go for a swim at the Polynesian SPA, so you can enjoy the thermal water of Rotorua. Transfer to accommodation

DAY 4 Pick up from the accommodation.
On our way to Lake Taupo we will call in to Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland which is a spectacular showcase of New Zealand's most colourful and unique geothermal elements sculpted by thousands of years of volcanic activity plus you will see Lady Knox Geyser. When we arrrive at Lake Taupo you will see the snow capped mountains at the far end of the lake. Lake Taupo is New Zealand's biggest lake and it is also a crater lake. Next is Huka Falls which is a thundering 11 metre high waterfall at the start of the Waikato River. Once you are back at your accommodation a bus will pick you up and take you to Tamaki Maori Village for a night of entertainment and dinner. You will learns all about the Maori Culture - 5:25 pm at Tamaki Office and get to join in too. The Hangi (dinner) I know you will enjoy. Transfer to accommodation. Stay in Rotorua.

DAY 5 Pick up from the accommodation after Lunch.
At the Agrodome Farm show you'll hear amazing facts and have a few laughs as you're introduced to 19 breeds of sheep. Then witness a live sheep shearing, hand milking a cow, feeding baby lambs and much more. At Rainbow Springs, explore nature. Set amongst the native trees and beautiful forests of Rotorua you will see trout in the pools, native birds, tuatara, different lizards, kiwi bird and much more. Next you will ride a gondola to the top of Mount Ngongotaha and take in panoramic views. Enjoy lunch at the Skyline Rotorua Stratosfare Restaurant which is a buffet style lunch. At lunch you will enjoy the Rotorua City Tour we will see the Redwood Rotorua, Ohinemutu Village, Kuirau Park, lakes, Government Gardens and other amazing sights of Rotorua City. Transfer to accommodation.

DAY 6 Pick up from the accommodation.
On our way back to Auckland we will call into the Hobbiton Movie Set at 10:00 am tour. At the Hobbiton Movie Set you will go on a guided tour and learn all about the Hobbit Trilogy, plus if you have seen the movies you will feel like you are part of the movie. At the Green Dragon Tavern you can dress up as your favourite Hobbit. A most to see when in New Zealand. Once you are in Auckland you will be taken to the airport to fly to Queenstown.

DAY 8 Pick up point in Queenstown at 7:00 am. By Greatsights at Athol St.
In the middle of the car park. Embark on a breathtakingly scenic journey to Milford Sounds and experience the world-famous fiord in all its glory with a cruise on its pristine water. On the way travel past tranquil Te Anau, along the Eglinton Valley and through the Homer Tunnel, a 1.2 km underpass drilled through solid rock. The cruise is a board a luxury three-level catamaran which lasts for 1 hour and 45 minutes. See lush native forest, waterfalls tumbling down from high above, mitre peak which rises out of the fiord to a height of 1,692 metres and much more. Your cruise includes a tasty buffet lunch. After the cruise return to Queenstown by coach.

DAY 9 Pick up point in Queenstown at 7:00 am, by Greatsights at Athol St.
In the middle of the car park. Today take a day trip from Queenstown to Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park, home of New Zealand's highest mountain. Travel North, through the historic gold mining region of the rugged Kawarau River Gorge and past Cromwell, crossing the Lindi's Pass and arriving at Omarama for morning tea (own expense). We continue through the rugged high country landscape of the Mackenzie Basin to Mount Cook Village where you can gaze up to the 3,754 metre-high mountain Aoraki/Mount Cook, an important landmark in Maori mythology. Enjoy the views from the iconic Hermitage Hotel over a delicious lunch (optional extra). We depart Mount Cook Village and retrace our journey to Queenstown, arriving in the early evening.

DAY 10 Fly from Queenstown to Christchurch Free Time in Christchurch.

DAY 11 Pick up point in Christchurch at 9:00 am by Greatsights.
Pick up outside Canterbury Museum, Rolleston Avenue, nearest intersection Worcester Boulevard. You will go on a Christchurch City Half Day Tour which will take you to the natural beauty of Hogley Park, the Avon River and Botanic Gardens, as well as the recently re opened New Regent street with its distinctive Spanish Mission Style Architecture and the Re Start Mall, an innovative development created entirely out of shipping containers. Next you will head towards the picturesque seaside village of Sumner, then up the Port Hills to the historic Sign of the Takahe, a listed heritage building where you will enjoy panoramic views overlooking Christchurch City, the port of Lyttelton, the Canterbury Plains and the Southern Alps. On the return journey visit Mona Vale, one of Christchurch's most spectacular gardens. Take a leisurely, stroll around the park and see why Christchurch is known as "the Garden City". After the tour have lunch then pick-up bags from hotel and transfer to the Christchurch Airport to fly to Auckland.
